American Family Care North Madison

Went here back in jan 23,2026. They said i had a 50 co pay due at service. My mom used her card to pay it. All the doctor did was come in say lose weight and stop smoking. Maybe 2 mins maybe... I left and now without authorization they charged my moms card 90 dollars and she wasn't even the patient. I called and all I got was sorry and that's why we put card on file. But I was never informed about it. Worst customer service and would not recommend at all. Just thevies.

My initial appointment? Was perfect. I scheduled ahead and early, the nurse and doc was super nice and attentive. However, trying to follow up or review information or ANY communication with the front office staff/ladies? Entirely impossible. Rude, incompetent, disorderly, apathetic. I thought I could come back, obviously not. Go on the weekends, not weekdays, specifically Mondays. That’s my only advice.

Front desk was awesome as usual! Very quick to sign in. I’ve had two very sick teens and A mber was wonderful with them today! They even said in the car they appreciated her explaining things to them that are happening in the bodies 😊 much appreciated.

I visited this clinic recently and was seen by Nurse Practitioner Janice, and I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She listened to every concern I had, took me seriously, and provided the exact treatment I needed. Within 10 minutes of taking the medication she prescribed, my pain—pain I had been suffering with for three days—was finally gone. I felt like a brand new person. I was so relieved and grateful that I even called the office back just so the front desk could tell her thank you, thank you, thank you again. Because of her care, I’m able to go to work today without being curled up in a fetal position, and I can finally focus and feel like myself. Janice is truly wonderful at what she does, and I am beyond thankful for her compassion, professionalism, and expertise. Highly

I was able to easily schedule an appointment for my son.  The staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  We were able to get him examined, diagnosed, and on the way to recovery in a very timely manner! Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family!
