Complaint: On May 27th, the patient was not informed of the need for paid treatment before undergoing treatment. If patients need to pay, they have the right to know and choose before treatment. After paying on May 27th, it was said that the treatment fee would be refunded after the insurance was approved, but it has been 6 months and there is still no refund. There is no news either. 3. The patient feels deceived. Please reply immediately, otherwise you will file a complaint with the relevant department. After patient reach out to office for refund, office continues to put it off telling patient to call back within certain amount of business says and just wait for the refund check to mailed. But it has already been one week and yet there has been no progress.

Coming from someone that doesn't like dentist, doctors or shots. I would recommend this place! Everybody is chill but professional. I haven't had any issues during my treatment plan there is on street parking, dunkins across the street. Definitely recommend

I had a very bad experience at this dental office. The cleaning was poorly done, and the filling on one tooth had to be redone four times by four different dentists. The filling kept failing until the tooth eventually got worse, and now they are telling me I may need a root canal because of it. Their scheduling is also extremely unorganized. They promised to call another office to help me make an appointment and told me to expect a call the next day. When I called back, they told me to contact the other locations myself because they are “different companies.” Very unprofessional and confusing. Overall, the service was disappointing, and I will not be returning.

I never give business reviews, but Dr. Fernanda is the Cats meow. Not only a woman but an expert at her craft. The only DDS that immediately fixed my mouth exactly the way it should. In our 1st encounter she didn't miss. Bravos.

Very bad experience, always have to wait longtime, second times takes almost two hours to wait(have to move my car during waiting due to 2 hours parking limits ), okay fine, but! But! Look those pictures, I was doing fill teeth treat for tooth decay， horrible sanitary, The anesthesia needle was exposed to air for nearly an hour or more（not show on the picture but the fact is that after associated prepared,I was wait there for about a hours ，dirty looking tools ，the other bad news is that the decay it not remove well, I had braces on my teeth, but after the tooth was moving, I found that there was still decay inside ，not even two months . Totally wasted time, and I have to do the scary anesthetic again.
