I am pleased to award four stars, as I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional efforts of Dr. Song and his team. Their dedication to providing crucial information, which is often overlooked elsewhere, has been invaluable. The sense of community within this establishment, from the welcoming front desk staff to the diligent nurses, is truly remarkable. Furthermore, I have observed a significant improvement in the work performed on my second arm compared to the first. The recent procedure has left my skin remarkably clear and free of any visible marks, a testament to their meticulous approach.

I have been a patient at American Access for well over 8 years. The entire staff is attentive and understanding. They make me feel seen and heard at this clinic. Dr Preddy and Dr.Song are some of the best physicians I have had the privilege of ever meeting. Every issue is resolved with the utmost care. The new facility although is its further from my apartment, I don’t mind making the trek uptown. The new clinic is very state of the art and much larger than the location on 91street. If you are on dialysis and have a fistula, graph or catheter this is hands down the best clinic in the city to receive care. Coming here has greatly improved the outcome of my dialysis sessions, my clearance rate is 83% and I believe I owe that to care I receive at American Access to ensure my fistula is workin

I came to American Access to get my temporary dialysis catheter removed and the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely wonderful. The staff from the receptionist to the nurses were super kind and caring. Dr. Preddie explained everything to me and process was seamless and efficient. Highly recommend!

The staff was very professional, polite, and helpful. They’re very informative (obviously) but they explained everything in detail with understanding. They handled my dad with such care and kindness. Making sure my dad was comfortable the entire visit. If you are able to be a regular patient here, please do! I would definitely recommend it.

this place is great, fast service. friendly and very educated staff. Your treated with warm blankets and even food after a procedure. this will be the only place I will come if I needed any type of service
