This place used to be great, then they got rid of the one Amazing dr. Then after a while they took on something like 400 new patients and have put the regular ones in danger. I seen Josh 5 days ago and he still never sent in my meds and they keep saying oh we will but they didn't. Not cool at all.

Rachel Paey is absolutely the most amazing NP when it comes to chronic pain. She's caring, sympathetic, she listens, and she treats you with dignity and respect! I am so sad to hear she is no longer here at this clinic. Wherever she goes I'm sure her patients will follow her because her care is outstanding. After dealing with pain for 12 years due to a car accident, she has been a lifesaver in my care.

Not sure what happened to her or the Pain Management Clinic. But for her to drop off the way she/they have left my care in a mess. I can’t get a call back, not one person from that clinic has reached out after me leaving messages, the pharmacy has tried as well. Just had surgery and now left with no pain medication because the surgeon wrote a prescription but because the pharmacy can’t get ahold of Rachel they can’t fill it, so 2 days post surgery and I still have no help. What happened?

I can truly say shes changed every life shes touched shes an amazing person let alone an amazing doctor! She has the best bed side manner I've ever encountered and she will help to the best of her abilities. She is one doc that should be praised for her help in this community!

This is supposed to be my normal practitioner. I’ve had asthma for twenty eight years. They are booked up for three months and won’t give me a short check up for an albuterol inhaler. My quality of life is less than half of my peers because they won’t renew my prescription for a non addictive medication. Some days I’d rather be dead but I know if i could have treatment than I could be normal again.
