Nothings changed recently. Same experience as others most recently posted. I use to love bringing my kids here. All they want to do is over charge and tell me nothing is wrong / mine as well go to ER

Terrible. Sat for 2.5 hours, no one told us anything like hey we only have two me dr or anything at all. Then they took a person who came in two people behind us. I would give -5 if I could

Wow! After I told them I had insurance they didnt carry, I said I was going to pay out of pocket. The lady at the front proceeded to tell me that would be insurance fraud and said they couldn't see me. Im not sure she knows what she's talking about, as a quick google search will tell you what insurance fraud is. I'd personally stay away from this establishment. It's a bit odd they wouldn't see me IMO.

Showed up for a DOT Physical and had an awful experience. Can't book an appointment for a physical here apparently so had to walk in. Despite an entirely empty waiting room, had to wait over 30 min. Receptionist made me fill out several sheets of paper, then several pages on a tablet. Then charged me $125 before I even got to see a nurse or doctor. Then after those 30+ min of waiting, I was finally called to the doctors office. Only to be met with a nurse who lied to me regarding my ability to hold a CDL saying I was exempt from driving according to the DOT. Im not, this was a renewal of a medical card. I already passed two other physicals and she said I needed proof. I Then emailed them proof the next day and they called me back reiterating that I am unable to drive. I asked for a refund

This place was terrible. Came in when there was no other patients and it still took over an hour for a kids physical. Stood at the counter for the first 10 minutes waiting on someone to come to the front. After we called out and they said “we are taking care of business in the back.” Then it was another 30 minutes to be seen which I can’t understand. There was no one here, no patients in the back, no one waiting, and still took over an hour.
