WHOEVER CREATES DISCHARGE PAGES NEEDS TO UPDATE THEM SO PATIENTS GET THE CORRECT names and phone numbers for follow up. This review is for information and instructions given to me at discharge to follow up with a cardiologist and a sleep study group. Also I received a lab slip for blood work. THE LAB SLIP HAD MY BIRTHDATE WRONG. The only name given for the cardiologist follow up is Dr Alice Kim who no longer takes patients but you still get sent to her non existent voice mail because there are no other instructions. After 4 calls I asked for a manager and got it straightened out. Good news is Kent Cardiologists come from Brigham. Second follow up for sleep study. I’m on call 4 with no reply or response so I went back to a lab through Roger Williams my PCP referred me to WHO EVER CREATES

Both Oncology, Cardiology and blood testing services are the best. I highly recommend the Ambulatory services part of Kent County Hospital.
