Always Caring

If I could negative stars I would. Giving them 1 star is too much for the kind of service they provide. Considering they’re dealing with elderly people you’d think they’d be more put together. They release information which is not right and don’t take no for an answer. Because of bad service and lack of care, my grand mother refused service from a specific health care worker due to bad service and they still sent her over to harass her. She was messaging family members and knocking on neighbors door. Extremely unprofessional and someone like that has no business taking care of an elderly person. Before this she would not even check up on her or actually do the care that she’s supposed to do. Because she was trying to be released from the care she is now trying to go I guess to not loose ge

If you love your loved ones I highly suggest to stay away from this agency. The worker Eva that was taking care of my grandma harassed her and after speaking to the agency “Melissa” and telling her to stop sending eva she still kept sending her to work and did not care about the wellbeing of my grandma causing her more stress. The people working here should not be in this industry they do not care about the wellbeing of the elderly but protecting their friends whom work there.

Very unprofessional. Care taker Eva doesn’t do her job most of the time and takes advantage of the elderly by not doing so. When reporting concerning behavior to the people in charge they couldn’t care less They dismiss you and cover for eachother because they are friends. This place should be out of business with the way they care for people specially when it’s elderly people which are the ones we have to protect most. Even after stating we didn’t want that care taker multiple times she shows up trying to be there after we already established we didn’t want her care. Maybe if you did your job to begin with you wouldn’t have had to pretend to when it was too late. 0 stars

Love this agency! Melissa is the best! Always fair and helpful with my parents. She has so much patience even when so many people are rude to her over the phone. I recommend this agency 100% just because of Melissa's services!

WARNING!! I strongly advise against using this agency. The staff is unprofessional and a home health worker named Maria Ramos, from El Salvador, stole several valuable items from my home, including a set of house keys, and even returned to steal more when no one was present. Unfortunately, there was no evidence to support my claim. Overall, I would not recommend this agency to anyone!
