I called and asked if they accepted my insurance company and the person who answered the phone sounded very frustrated about being at work. She answered as if she was sleepy “Buen día” no greeting at all. They’re not accepting new patients either apparently. Hopefully they start giving better first impressions to patients that would like to become a new patient. Best of luck.

Dr. Aliuska Alvarez, with her extensive knowledge, and her team, Jessica RN, Carla MA, Pamela MA, Isabel Front Desk, and Mabel Checkout, provided me with excellent care. They were very professional, but more than professional, there was human quality. They truly are a great team. I am sincerely very grateful.

From the minute I called for my parents every effort was made to prioritize an appointment , the nurses are very detail and kind. The Docort is very clear and to the point. So glad we found her.

I have been Dr Alvarez's patient for more than 7 years, the Doctor is very professional with a lot of experience and knowledge; She is an excellent person and very concerned about my health, she listens to you and explains in detail. The office staff is always ready to help, if you cannot contact them by phone they always answer messages either by phone or email. Bad reviews DO NOT represent Dr Alvarez or her staff. I really recommend Dr Aliuska Alvarez!!!!!

Dr. Alvarez is a terrific professional and a wonderful person. She has always cared for my mom with compassion and dignity. Her office staff are gems; they truly deliver great services. Their responsiveness and agility are second to none.
