First time there they say you are new here something with running Insurance they said we will send it across the street I know for fact my medical is 💯 they just didn't want to bother running my Medicaid no other pharmacy for last 10 years blinked an eye over my insurance they had no problem across street filling it? Well your loss not mine..

They have always been kind to me over the year I have lived in Grand Forks North Dakota from 2016 my family has gone here for all of our prescriptions and refills from colds and ear infections to after surgery care for me and my 5 Daughters and my 2 grandsons as well. They have always explained what the medication is used for and answered any questions I ever had. Also they help me out with a program they have once when I was changing healthcare coverage and was temporarily without health insurance for about 15 day to a month and I was still able to get my youngest 3 daughters ADD, ADHD medications free of charge for 30 days until the coverage was all figured out for my family insurance plan thank you all for everything you do from your kind words to your reminder text message's the the me

I'm not a big fan of the frequent HIPAA violations. There are however lot's of nice people there, but the few that aren't are pretty good about making life hell for patients. "Looking at you Jason". It's just so not worth it. Never again. Apparently, it's fun and ok to make fun of mentally ill people. My wife cried all the way home after we went in. That kind of person should not be in any service industry.
