Just left medical imaging for a mammogram and always have had a great experience with the staff in that department. They explain everything, and have never had pain when actually having the images taken. Excellent service, would def recommend to all!

Front desk seemed more focused on the PSO than patient care. Nurses were dismissive of patients experiencing severe symptoms after medications prescribed earlier in the ER, telling them it “takes days for meds to work.” The waiting area was not overly crowded, yet no apparent concern was shown for the risk of anaphylaxis or sepsis while patients remained in the area.

Was only in the area in my new home less than 3 weeks when I needed to make an ER trip that resulted in an admission for 4+ days. I was very apprehensive, as I had grown to trust the hospital and doctors back where I had moved from. Well the nurses on the third floor as well as the hospitalist and GI team put those apprehensions to rest. The staff was all around outstanding and never once did any of my needs or questions go unanswered. Top notch!

My mom came here in a lot of pain, lethargic and was going in and out. The nurse rose was absolutely amazing and hands down one of the best nurses I’ve ever witnessed. She was very compassionate, understanding, patient, and just overall an amazing person. However the doctor Jennifer Caffi was the complete opposite! She seemed as if she didn’t care, and was in a hurry to get in and out of the room. This hospital treated my mother as if she was in with an upset stomach when she has several major medical diagnoses that they acted as didn’t exist!

Recently had hip replacement with an overnight stay, all was good until getting released and then trying to fill my prescription in house. Was told probably be couple hours, I mentioned how about if I just cancel order and fill through a CVS pharmacy, told can't do that, so had to wait 3+ hours to have prescription filled, finally just told them take me to my car and I'll fill elsewhere, then they finally filled prescription. Do Not use inhouse prescription services, take to CVS or Walgreens and you won't be harrasssed.
