Do NOT Use Alto for Fertility Medications I am writing to document my experience with Alto Pharmacy and to share what I believe reflects unreasonable pricing practices and a failure to provide the most cost-effective option requested. Timeline of Events Before ordering my medications, I raised concerns about pricing with both my fertility clinic and Alto directly. My nurse contacted Alto on my behalf to understand why the cost was so high and explicitly instructed them to provide the most cost-effective option available. This included switching from Follistim to Gonal-F if it was more affordable and applying all available discounts (including Maven, as I am a member). Alto did not make this switch and did not present Gonal-F as an alternative, despite it being the more cost-effective

This is by far the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had - truly what digital healthcare should feel like. The app is incredibly well designed: so easy to use, so reliable, and honestly a joy compared to anything else out there. Support is available 24/7, and scheduling deliveries feels like using Uber Eats or DoorDash, but with an even better interface. I’ve been using Alto for almost a year now, and throughout my medical journey it has brought me a sense of calm, trust, and peace of mind. I genuinely can’t imagine navigating my care without them. Thank you to the entire Alto team for making healthcare feel human, modern, and supportive.

Best experience with meds delivery I ever had. Always on time, well packaged - with easily available customer service. My original prescription package was stolen and they were able to help me to get a refill ASAP, saving me from misery

Super easy to order and delivery. Going through this journey is already enough of a stress. Happy it was painless and they answered my questions quick through the contact us option. Delivery also was window 2-6 and i received my order at 2:38. Thank you Ahmed.

This is my first dealing with the Pharmacy but so far I'm impressed. I had not finished my intake forms online when they called to set up delivery so the woman in the phone took the remaining parts from there on. Which may not sound like a lot but I have an extensive medical history and current medical issue and take a lot of medications. She kindly took all the information right there over the phone. Then as it being my first delivery and usage of the product they had a pharmacist available to council. I am very impressed so far. I am hoping this medication I'll be getting from them helps me so the long term relationship with them is important, and so far we are off to a great start !!!
