Terrible service. The only good thing about this place was the nurse who was very good and detailed about her job. I got blood taken and was hoping to receive a call from my doctor to explain my results but two weeks went by until I finally called and the receptionist read notes the doctor made. Rather than the doctor call me. I also called to get a refill for my inhaler and turned out they never sent the refill to the pharmacy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The service was efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Lee was attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly, which I truly appreciated. The new building is bright, clean, and comfortable—it really adds to the overall experience. I’m grateful for the excellent care I received at Altmed Medical Center and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and compassionate medical service.

Very bad one! Just to do my drug test it took them an hour! And when I asked the front lady she said you have to wait everyone has to wait!! It’s just bad! Not sure why I have to wait for an hour to pee in the cup! Very bad experience!

I have been coming here for quite some time and I highly recommend them to anyone! They are very professional as well as knowledgeable. They care!!!
