I am giving 1 star to this clinic because Dr. Alter should seriously consider replacing her administrative and billing staff. These people are completely incompetent, and as a result I will not be coming back to this clinic even though I believe the doctor and I had a very good understanding regarding my dental situation. Before the consultation I explained that I would be using my Ameritas insurance. I do have another insurance as well, but I specifically said I preferred not to use it at this time. I was told that was fine. However, after the consultation I was told that I owed $150 for the visit and that didn’t even include an X-ray. I was confused because no one informed me in advance that there would be a cash fee to pay. Even more confusing, the prices I was given were wrong becau

I recently had an outstanding experience at Dr Alter office. From the moment you walk in there was a welcoming atmosphere, the front staff was friendly throughout the check in process. As far as Dr Alter, she was super professional and I explained everything in detail. She addressed all my concerns and made me fee comfortable in my visit. Last but not least the office was very clean and hygiene was evident.
