Alex is extremely talented! You can tell how much his in-depth knowledge of bodywork and own experience as an athlete impacts his work. He is very good at personalizing the massage experience and even incorporating assisted stretching if needed too. He is also so personable and good at making you feel comfortable during the massage.

Alex is a miracle worker! My husband injured his back right before he was trying to run a marathon. After he went to Alpine Sports Massage he was feeling sooo much better & because of Alex, he was able to run his race. Alex is thorough in his work and takes the best care of his clients. Can’t recommend him enough!

Alex is by far the best sports massage out there. Whether you are a serious athlete or just a weekend warrior, go see him. His background as an elite athlete himself gives him amazing insight into the body and how it functions. Both my wife and I see him regularly and he is truly a master of his craft.

I can't recommend Alex enough! He has worked on me many times. One especially helpful time was after a very rigorous hike but before a trip that's required a lot of activity. He got everything stretched and relaxed for me so I could enjoy my next activity.
