I recently visited Alpha Pharmacy and had an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist. They went above and beyond to ensure I understood my prescriptions and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. The pharmacy was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products. Additionally, the wait time was minimal, and the process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Alpha Pharmacy for their exceptional customer service and dedication to patient care.

This is a family run business that I have used in the past. At one point I travelled to the area and needed to get a particular medication urgently. I ran out of it during my travels and this pharmacy was recommended to me. I reached out to them and they confirmed the availability of the medication. I had my doctors send in the prescription to the Pharmacy who were the only ones in the area willing to deliver the medication at a short notice. I remain grateful for the professionalism and ability to deliver on time at a short notice, thereby saving the day for me. Thank you.

Look... if you have insurance, you might as well leave it home. I watched 4 people including myself get told that our insurance is no good but it works fine everywhere else. They want you to pay out of pocket. It's Easy for them because most of the patients are coming from a particular office and they are the only one that has the meds needed.

This place is a scam ! I had surgery and called the day before to make sure my insurance was excepted ! Literally the next day straight out of surgery I went to pick up my Medicine and ended up having to pay full price over 200$ because they said they didn’t take it once I arrived and I needed it immediately. I was so devastated . So not fair . Do not come here after getting you surgery from Mia esthetics . Who wants to worry about something like this right out of surgery.

As a medical professional, I can 100% say this place is out of regs. I politely came to pick up my client's medicine (having sx at Mia) at which I was told her meds was 218.55! Ma'am why? (Owner/pharmacist is not personable and heavy African accent) My client had a widely known and accepted insurance, accepted literally everywhere and she took the card, 5 seconds later she came back and stated "we don't accept this insurance." What insurance DO you accept was my response...they couldn't tell me. I kindly told her that my client ONLY had the funds to get her Antbx, narc and allergy med, she stated no! You can't just get 3, you have to pick up ALL 4. She had REFUSED to give us the other medications if we couldnt buy them ALL. Why ma'am? She stated it was a liability issue, that I needed to c
