Alpha Animal Hospital

AAH has been our go to for the last five years. About three years ago, my eldest cat passed, and the team at AAH held our hands the entire way through the process. From explaining treatment options to being there when we finally had to say goodbye. They even sent a handwritten condolence card after, which meant so much to us. Over the past year, one of our cats has a strange allergy on his belly. The doctor has personally followed up at least three times to check in on him, see if he's showing improvement, etc. While that would obviously be the hope for any medical concern, I've never actually had a vet personally call and email to make sure their patient is doing well. It really shows how much they truly care about their animals. It makes a difference when you can tell the team genuine

I’ve been several times with my elderly lab and the staff is incredible. They get right down on the floor with her during visits and take great care during a “nose to tail” exam each time. I feel very lucky to have found this clinic when we moved here. I also feel confident in their ability to help me care for my dog in her end of life transition although I’m hoping I won’t have to think about that for a while!!

I cannot praise the work this clinic does enough. The entire staff is very kind and gentle with my cat. They’ve told me, on different occasions, to hold off on visits that don’t seem to be necessary or immediate. I’ve recommended them to multiple people and will continue doing so. I’ve been to several veterinarians the past four years. Dr. Segal is the best. Her experience, knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness are unmatched. Her assistants & staff were very friendly & professional also.

Moved to Alpha Animal hospital after having a horrible experience with another vet clinic in the area. So far they have been great. Super friendly, easy to schedule appointments, and they even took us a bit early as I showed up before our scheduled appointment. Most importantly, they provided an accurate analysis of my dog’s condition and provided some excellent recommendations for additional care.
