Disappointed in the patient care my loved one received at this office for an issue that has been on going for months. No game plan, no timeline, no return phone calls. Dr. Menocal should refer his patients to a better ENT specialist. Deeply disappointed.

The doctor is nice. Went in for allergy concerns. He knows ENT issues, but was not as acquainted with our allergy concerns. He performed a nasal procedure during the first visit, which had little to do with the allergy symptoms. Didn't hit our allergy concerns. Had some lab work done outside the office, but the office staff lacks the follow-up courtesy to discuss results within a reasonable time frame. They also were not friendly when making the first appointment, which should've been my first red flag when dealing with this office. Didn't go back for a second visit. I called to follow up about some concerns, and they said they couldn't help, so the front desk hung up. Rude customer service, no empathy. Dr. Patel changed my life, plain and simple. I had been struggling with breathing issues for over 15 years, and he was able to diagnose what was going on. It was something that half a dozen specialist doctors had been unsuccessful with. He is exceptional in his bed side manner, explains things thoroughly, and he has never failed to exceed my expectations. I have one piece of advice for any new patients: He may take time to respond over messages or phone, but what doctor isn’t insanely busy. Simply reach back out or talk to him at an appt about communication issues if you haven’t heard from him. He is very understanding and approachable. Dr. Patel is easily one the best doctors I have had the opportunity to work with.

Dr Alpen Patel is an excellent physician. He fit us in on a very short notice and took great care of our daughter. He was very patient and answered all our questions. Recommend highly.

He called me after his shift to check on my daughter whom he performed tonsil/ adenoid removal surgery on. I couldn’t have asked for a better ENT doctor to treat my daughter.
