I would give them zero stars if possible. The Scranton office is in disarray. The Supervisor is incompetent and rude. Further, she blames the PAS's for a lack of aides. She does not like disabled people who have a voice and can stand up for themselves. I reported ALMA to the Office of Long Term Living for a threatening letter I received implying that I would lose my benefits if I didn't find another company in 30 days. They truly be should your last choice if you live in NE PA. I have found a new company who hopefully can straighten out my case.
