The WORSE PLACE !!!! So UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The lady’s in front desk has 0 communication skills and will have you wait for hours with no help & act slow when you do go up to them Asking questions ! 1 guy that works in there; he has a lot of tattoos (to be EXACT) lied to me about my insurance needing pre-authorization for cleaning & other services that I needed so I can just go home because it was their lunch time . Mind you I waited already for 2hours for nothing they only took X-RAY. I really want to know what’s the point of having an appointment !!!! NEVER AGAIN !!

They will charge you and tell you that insurance does not cover. Don’t be naive, do your own research. They gave my kid a treatment plan for crowns that is covered by insurance and told me I’m responsible for almost $400. Took my kid to another dentist and only had to pay $25. Very dishonest and I’ve been going there for years. I hope this help someone who may be seeking advice. The workers are friendly but they all with it.

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. I was charged $425 for a deep hygiene treatment, which was supposed to include crown and implant maintenance. However, all they did was lightly use a dental scaler for tartar. They didn’t even bother polishing my teeth, and I left with the same amount of plaque as when I arrived. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this place—avoid it!

My family and I have been coming here for several years and we love being pampered by a caring staff and awesome doctors...especially Christie & Dr. Viktor. Keep up the great work!

Dentist does not have patience with children and is very rude.
