I've been a patient at Allsmiles since they opened. They have always had great staff members who go over and above to make the visits pleasurable. Dr. Zhao is very pleasant and seems to really care about his patients.I highly recommend this dental office.

Rude front desk staff (which other reviews note) and billing ppl who will explain or even bill things incorrectly and then tell you you're the problem. They are likely stealing small amounts of money from ppl who don't bother to pay close attention. My first experience here was bad, with a DA being snooty and rude about my asking for them to mask. I went on to get dental work done here a few times, including a cleaning. Two of the DAs I worked with were great and the doctor was ok too. I had to come in twice to have my tooth replacement shaved down when I said it was a problem the day they replaced it and now I still have a completely different bite that is causing me an overbite but I can't say whether that's specific to this work or just how these things go. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. When you’re in pain, I’ll admit we can sometimes be a little “difficult” to deal with. I called in extreme pain from a bad tooth, and even though I was short with the person who answered the phone, she remained extremely professional and kind, never letting my tone affect her response. She got me scheduled for the very next day, which was amazing. Before my appointment, I called to ask if I needed records from my previous dentist. The front desk person reassured me not to worry, just to come in so they could help me feel better—and that instantly put me at ease. I love coming here! I've been a regular patient for 10 years. Dr. ZHAO is amazing. Jessica, Drew and the rest of the staff have beautiful energy. I always come back!

Dr Zhao is friendly, personable, and very thorough, I love seeing him, his staff is top notch, amazing with my kids (even my 3 year old) and take such good care of us.
