Either this Dr. is unconcerned about post op questions, or her staff is incompetent at giving messages. My Husband DIED 7 days after initial procedure. I called with concerns 4 days straight and never heard from Dr. I was assured messages were being conveyed. Even when I spoke to receptionist that we were in ambulances to hospital at 9am +or ~ , I only got a voicemail relating that she didn’t believe the sepsis was related. Learning of complete blockage he had another surgery with her. Within 12 hrs he was DEAD! 14 months later, her office sent an overdue bill.

Don't go to this clinic. They charge exorbitant fees and the surgery has no effect at all. I had to pay the fees in full two years ago before I could have the surgery. But two years later they sent me a message saying that I had not paid the balance. Here is the message they sent me: I will not pay these money because your clinic applied with the medical insurance company before the operation, and then notified me of the operation. Then you received my check before the operation, and the money was paid before the operation. How come you say there are unpaid fees two years later? I reviewed your recent payments and invoices. Your insurance has made several payments toward your charges, and you also made a payme

Dr. Burkett is terrific and I'd highly recommend her! She is wonderful, also she has a great staff to back her. Her PA, Ms. Becky is also the best!! It makes for a great team! I'm glad I was referred here for my leg's varicose vein treatment/s. Day 1 she clearly explained what the issues are, best treatment, options --start to stop on process. Her personality is the best and can can tell she loves her patients. The whole offices is very nice and her PA Ms. Becky is my favorite PA ever!) Was a great experience from beginning to end. Desk personnel very friendly and efficient. Nurse was awesome, professional, personable, and caring. Dr Burkett was the crown on top. She answered all my questions, put my mind at ease. Explaining everything in layman’s terms so even i could understand 😁 If you have vein issues this is where you want to go!
