First time visiting, after switching from Cohen’s General Pediatrics in Massapequa. PA Christina Weber was amazing! She was thorough, attentive to all of my daughter’s concerns, empathetic, kind, great bedside manner. She made my daughter and I feel very comfortable and we left feeling satisfied with the visit, with my daughter saying, “I love this new place and my new PA!”

My 13 year old son is extremely anxiety ridden when going to the doctor. He hates blood tests and shots. The staff and doctor were very understanding and always go above and beyond making him feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

I am truly upset and disappointed. I have trusted this office for years, and today showed me how little patients actually matter. I was physically sitting in the waiting room at the podiatrist’s office, waiting for a referral for my child, and it was still denied because the doctor was “too busy.” What hurt the most was the complete lack of care. The front desk woman was rude, dismissive, and showed no compassion at all, even though this involved my child’s health. As a parent, that feeling is heartbreaking and unacceptable. After years of loyalty, I left feeling ignored and disrespected. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Nieves is the best and he was great during our visit on 1/6/26, despite our daughter giving him a difficult time. He is wonderful with children and we will always use him as our pediatrician for our daughter.

Cero stars for PA Christina Weber, she refused to see my son because he was 18 min late. We apologized for being late and requested if she could be kind enough to make an exception and have the courtesy of seeing him. We were willing to wait until the end …but…she refused…she didn’t find the time to see my son but found the time to be back and forward around the front desk insisting that we have to leave the office .. without even introducing herself and without any ID that could let us know who she was. We asked to talk to the supervisor and they told us that the supervisor was working from home. Supposedly , the PA Weber and 3 more workers ( front desk assistant and 2 medical assistants., I’m assuming because nobody introduced itself and nobody had an I D either.) They told me that the
