I’m leaving a one-star review due to the challenges I’ve faced in reaching someone at Alliance. Improved communication would greatly enhance the customer experience, as I’ve found it difficult to connect with anyone over the phone. I hope to see some improvements soon, as I’m considering exploring other options.

Love them. But is there something going on as of late? I haven’t been able to get through for like a week. It just rings and rings and no answering service.

Whew where to start! Service is ridiculous. The receptionist placed me on hold in the middle of me speaking without saying hold. When she came back I asked her did she put the phone down she said “I got busy and placed you on hold”. My son is 13 they do procedures on him without informing me about what’s going on. They never give any dos or don’ts after different services. If you have questions good luck it’s so hard to get anyone on the phone! We are 14 months into a 28 month term and I’m so ready to go!

I can’t wait to be done with this place. My daughter got her braces back in May. At her first appointment, I gave them both of my dental insurances. I called, emailed so many times only to be told that they never filed it. It was filed at the end of October/beginning of November. I see both my primary and secondary insurance have made payments but of course I’ve been calling for weeks and can’t get in touch with anyone to see how much my monthly payments will be going forward. This is ridiculous.

I love the service here and they are reasonable with the monthly prices for your braces. I’ve been going there for 2 years and some months. My teeth has really improved a lot. The clinician Yolanda she is very patient talk with you through everything she’s doing and gets you done the right away. I am really happy that I chose Alliance Orthodontist, they helped me out with my smile it gave me confidence.
