If I could give the Middlebury office a rating of less that 1 that’s what it would be. I went in today 10/23/25 for my first appointment I got to the office at 8:33am after having issues finding the office which I told to the 3 receptionist (Hallie, Brianne and Laura)who immediately started being upset that I was late. My appointment was for 8:40am they then said they don’t think I can be seen dispute it still being before my appointment time due to me not coming in with the paperwork filled out. I was told the paperwork would be mailed to me prior to this 1st appointment, which did not happen and I told them this as well and they act like I was lying. Laura the receptionist said she had to ask the doctor if she will still see me but she didn’t think they would. She then started to go to

I see one of the doctors in this facility. I hardly get sick, but when I do I can never get into an appointment with them. There's over five doctors maybe more in this facility. I have not had a voice since Thursday I've been so sick with fevers chills and a severe severe sore throat and cough. I've called every single day since last week and not one appointment is available. They taking my number down and said they would call me back nobody has called me back. I just called this morning and there's not a single appointment available for the rest of the week. It is absolutely unacceptable and I refuse to be a patient there any longer.

2.5 stars for them is too high. Nurse there named Brittany extremely rude. Dr ivy threatening us to be removed if we do not get the measles vaccine within 30 days. Our daughter is in the middle of an eczema outbreak and we have been trying to get more extensive testing for her skin. The referral wasn’t even in the system for her to go to another dermatologist. What a terrible office and environment. Gladly removing our daughter.

This review is specific to the Pediatrics office at Alliance Medical. While we had positive experiences over many years with the doctors—who consistently treated our son with care and compassion—our recent experience with the front office and management revealed serious flaws in communication and accountability. A time-sensitive prescription renewal was mishandled without prior notice, putting our son’s health at risk. His doctor had previously explained the dangers of skipping even a single dose, so when we called for help, the urgency was real. But the nurse on duty was dismissive, uncooperative, and unwilling to offer guidance—ultimately hanging up on my wife instead of helping find a solution. FOLLOW UP to my review. The nurses submitted a request to transfer me to a new doctor within the office. Today I received a call advising that the other doctors have declined it. When I asked for the reason the receptionist was rude and was unable to provide me any information. I’m hoping and praying this whole practice gets shut down! I know it will. Because I will make sure to provide my feedback and I encourage everyone else that has been treated the same to let others know. We pay for insurance, pay for additional treatments, and lab work out of pocket. There is no reason a person should be denied medical care, especially for no reason. Them declining proves that they are all alike and couldn’t care less about the patients they have. It’s just about getting you in and out as fast as po
