Complete Care at Middlebury

My Mom had a positive experience at Complete Care. Having to send our mom to rehabilitation center was very difficult, but necessary to her recovery. We chose Complete Care after careful consideration and we felt confident that she was in caring and capable hands. The aides were consistently professional, compassionate, and attentive. They treated my mom with kindness and respect every single day, which meant the world to our family. The administrative staff was always helpful and responsive, making the process smooth and much less stressful. Received excellent care any issues or questions were dealt with immediately with positive results. It’s extremely clean. Food is good. Activities were great and PT was excellent. If ever needed in the future would go back to Complete Care in Middlebury

My client is really happy with the service she is receiving. The place was so clean and the residents looked at peace. They gave my client headphones so you don't hear a bunch of loud tvs. Very considerate

The staff was very helpful, very knowledgeable, supportive. The place is small , has an old decor but it’s clean , does not smell, which is a big one for me and I’m very thankful that my mother in law is in good hands . I definitely recommend if you are looking for a place that do care for our elderly family members .
