Alliance Health at Marina Bay

Years ago my father was a patient here. Tge nurses were an A minus the doctors a B the cnas were NOT goid one cna tormented myself & my father when I visited daily, condescending & wanted ME to do her job. Nurses Clare & Allison were EXCELKENT but when my FATHER DIED , the head nurse said you can see him one more time. We expected him to be lying down eyes closed..instead my DEAD FATHER WAS SITTING UP EYES IPEN MOUTH OPEN STARING AT US. I tried to close his eyes with washcloth. Nope full rigor mortis. We left.That was VERY UNPRIFESSIONAL to invite loved ones to see their deceased relative in that condition.

I had an exceptional experience at Alliance Health Skilled Nursing & Rehab @ Marina Bay. The staff was wonderful—always accommodating, courteous, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. The nurses were attentive and ensured I was comfortable and well cared for at all times. The physical and occupational therapy teams were outstanding, providing personalized, effective care that helped me regain my strength and independence. The individualized meal plan was a huge benefit, supporting my recovery with nutritious, tailored options that made a real difference. From start to finish, my experience was positive, and I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of skilled nursing or rehabilitation services.

I have a family member in long term the staff is great but the facility should have landlines for resident. You have to install and pay yourself for landline with meidicare taking most of his check its ridiculous they dont have landlines plus most the residents are older & have trouble working cellphones if they can even afford cell service mediciare takes the check

My mom has been a resident at Marina Bay Skilled Nursing for about 15 months now, and all of the staff have made it a very positive experience for her as well as all of our family. It was a very difficult decision for us to have her transition into a full time care facility, but her declining health had made it necessary for her safety The Administration, Front Desk staff, the Nursing and Aide staff, Activities team, Cleaning staff and Maintenace have gone above and beyond to help us with the transition, but more importantly really giving our mom the best possible care while treating her with dignity and respect. We truly appreciate what they do for her (and us)! Our family is there almost every day, and all of these wonderful people at Marina Bay have now become our second family! We

Day shift AIDS services are below par. Call buttons are ignored. Or you can wait 1/2 hour to 45 minutes for response. Afternoon and evening shifts are much better.
