Love Ms . Diane I took her course straight out of highschool. I lived in Santee during the time and didn’t have reliable transportation, Ms. Diane allow me to stay in her home while I completed the required amount of training I needed. Very nice , definitely love the way that she taught me and the way the training was in class. I took my test and passed the first try and I have been a CNA for 13 years. Highly recommend this school there is no doubt that you want learn anything …Oh and her daughter Kim was absolutely the best ….

I remember I came to inquire about a CNA course. The lady I spoke to barely wanted to interact with me and gave me short answers with minimal information. She told me she didn’t know when the next class would be and told me to write down my contact information and she’d call and let me know. Needless to say, that never happened. And that was a blessing in disguise. I went to professional medical training center in Florence and did amazing! Rejection is protection and I’m grateful for it.

The phlebotomy program here at AllHeart was exceptional! I had the best time during my enrollment here and my instructor Mrs.Braxton taught us amazing techniques and the skills I would need to be successful. She was very helpful and always there for me throughout my time there.

True rating is ZERO! I enrolled in the EKG Technician course at Allheart AHEC, paying $799 with the expectation of gaining certification and being prepared for the state exam. Unfortunately, the experience was riddled with issues from the start. Orientation began late because no one was there to open the facility, and the session ended early due to missing materials. The course itself was poorly managed--materials provided were minimal, communication was sparse, and progress was nonexistent. Despite repeated promises of new content and assessments, nothing was delivered on time. By December, I learned I was the only student left, and the instructor admitted they don't prioritize small classes. When I requested a refund due to their failure to deliver on their commitments, I was dismissed

My two daughters went to get CPR certification and I told the instructor when I called that one needed pediatric CPR and the other needed BLS. She send them both pediatric CPR cards even after confirming that both needed two different cards when they arrived, we called her soon as we pulled out the parking lot and she said that she would fix it. She call back 3 days later and tried to convince me that the BLS and pediatric CPR was the same. After she couldn't convince me she said she wanted $25 more to send the correct card. When I didn't budge she hung up the phone. Not to mention my duaghter had to figure out how get the equipment to work. Something is wrong when you can't remember what somebody told you hours earlier.
