Allegro Dental Group

This is the review for Allegro dental group, specifically for DR. Roytman at Hayward location. First visit, consult was ok. Second visit for my relative who came in with broken partial denture, chipped tooth and missing fillings was told - this is sign of aging, no need to add filing or smooth rough surface of chipped tooth. Why becoming dentist if not willing to do the work or is it because it wont bring much $$ due to type of insurance? This is very unethical. Too bad that medical professions pick and choose work they want to be done instead of actually doing what they supposedly were trained to do. Definitely wont recommend this as a dental office.

Me and my son, found Alegro dental and had our first visit today. Front office was soo sweet. Back office was great, gentle and listened and checked out my concerns. My 13 year old was very happy too, said everyone was super nice. I recommend this office to my fiancé and mom and other son who is looking for a new dentist.

Every single staff member is so kind and caring. They really do put customer service first and listen and really work with for a full satisfaction experience. I also want to acknowledge the receptionist Alla for doing a phenomenal job helping me set my schedules with time and if i had any question she is more glad to explain and help me understand. If you’re looking for a dental I highly recommend them trust me you won’t regret it!!

Took a very long time to have my x rays taken and the guy taking them was very unprofessional and swearing under his breath, and to me as if I was his friend, lol. The doctor was very unprofessional and tried to make me feel stupid for not knowing the dentist terms. Despite this they were as gentle as they could be cleaning my teeth. Came back for a follow up to get my cavity removed and was turned away because of my pregnancy (they needed a doctors note), and haven't been back since.. Looking for a new dentist now...

I had a great experience at allegro dental Dr. Roytman did amazing work on my new crowns and made me feel so comfortable his staff is so friendly and everytime I went in I did not have to wait for a long period of time like at other dental offices. I definately recommend!
