AllCare Primary & Immediate Care: Decatur

I had a great experience at Atlanta AllCare in Decatur. From check-in to checkout, the staff was professional, efficient, and respectful. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and everything was explained clearly during my visit. The provider was thorough with my physical, ordered the appropriate labs, and actually took the time to talk through lifestyle, health goals, and next steps instead of just pushing me out the door. The office was clean, organized, and the visit itself was quick without feeling careless. If you’re looking for a primary or immediate care spot where they actually pay attention and treat you like a person, I’d definitely recommend this location.

I am extremely disappointed in the recent service I have received from AllCare. I have never experienced such negligence ever from a pyschian in my life. I had a telehealth visit with Monica Williams on 2/8/26 to discuss my lab results and ongoing systems I have experiences for MONTHS that could be linked to my thyroid. First Monica Williams was an hour late for our which come off as her time is more important than mine. They also called me as soon as I logged into the visit to pay a $25.00 co pay until they told me I could pay it online. I paid my money when asked and she was still late. She prescribed me NP thyroid medication based off my lab results. She told me I would be able to pick it up same day. I never got a call from my pharmacy on Sunday. First time with the practice, I can honestly say that it was GREAT! my only problem ( which was small) was the parking. It’s street parking, the entrance comes up quick so I had to circle the block 3 times. Parking for up to 2hrs is text to pay. ($6.50) I did my online paperwork the day before so checking in was so easy. I was seen by my 1pm appt. The nurse was fast and efficient, the PA I seen was also thorough and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. In and out under an hour. No complaints and can’t wait for my follow-up!

Excellent service, in and out quickly as a walk-in, problem addressed, prescriptions written. Very impressed. They were courteous and thorough. My only tip to others: fill out the patient questionnaire online with a home computer or you will have to do it with your phone in the lobby.

Earlier this week (Tuesday) I attempted to bring my 89 yo MIL to the clinic because we thought she had a UTI. Anyone with an elderly parent has probably experienced the randomness of symptoms experienced with the golden years UTI, but not this place. Admittedly, we arrived at 7:50 pm and they “close”at 8. I rang for entry and someone behind the desk came ti the door. I explained the symptoms - chills, rapid pulse, general malaise. She wouldn’t let me in, wouldn’t let me speak to the Dr and wouldn’t walk to my car (double-parked in front of their signage). First excuse: late, no appointment (to Urgent Care?!?) after insistence she went away to speak with the dr and returned with a second: those aren’t symptoms of UTI. I asked to speak directly to the dr but “she doesn’t like to do that”. N
