I needed emergency surgery and was fortunate enough to get Dr. Allan Mabardy as my surgeon. Dr. Mabardy saved my life. He is a top notch surgeon, highly skilled and very experienced and accomplished . I experienced no complications, and surprisingly little pain from the surgery itself. His decisions in the OR were sound and wise and I am on my way to complete recovery. While awaiting his arrival at the hospital, the staff told me, "this is the guy you want...he's excellent." And he was! He fully briefed me in the OR. He called my family after surgery as promised (around midnight/1am) and gave them a full (and fortunately) reassuring report. So,a couple months ago I was diagnosed with divatickliosis...Sorry I'm sure that's not how it's spelled My urologist referred me to Dr.Mabardy. Now,I'm not one to go to doctors or hospitals so my anxiety was thru the roof. However after talking with him for a while about what I was and about to go thru I felt a real sense of calm and everything was going to be ok I'm just going to get to it! This man is an amazing surgeon. His work is nothing less then the highest standard of quality.His professionalism is unsurpassed and his compassion is unquestioned.
