All Med Urgent Care

If I can put zero stars, I would. This is the worst place to visit, you see a different doctor every-time, the doctors are not knowledgable at all. After they see you, they have to consult Loveena Singh the owner to tell them what to prescribe or do. It seems that they are only interested in getting insurance money, if you call to speak to the doctor after your visit, there is noway that you would be able to talk them... you have to make another visit and pay again. So if your meds is not working don't hold your breath to ask the doctor over the phone what to do. Waste of time.

I went there with my 6 year old son had an ear ache. I paid $70 to see the doctor because they are not taking health first. I had to complete a set of paper work before they attend to the child who was crying with pain. There is an Indian lady there by the name of Debbie who knows my husband and she share the news everywhere that I was there. I don't know how they employ people who can't be confidential in cases like that. She started calling all my husband family telling them that my husband is there with me because we aren't on good terms at that moment.

I called their gynecologist office at 112 to make an appointment. I couldn’t make it to appointment. The front desk guy gave me next week appointment with regular doctor instead with gynecologist. Front desk didn’t even help with resolving the misunderstanding.

I paid $70 to get a visit for my left ankle and when I went for the visit the physician asked me what’s wrong I explained what’s wrong she looked at it and said I have to go for X-RAYS she didn’t explain to me what to do how to treat it simply told me get X-rays even though their web says they specialize in sprains and strains. She didn’t tell me what could possibly be wrong with my ankle I ended up calling back to see whether I should be going to work like what do I do and the desk person tells me if you can put pressure then you can I listened and now I’m even in worse pain. I didn’t get any doctor note for my job to say whether I should rest how long I should be resting and to this day still in pain with no answers. Worst urgent care ever I called back even today no results I asked what

I really had a bad experience here I came at 9 AM in the morning and left at 12 PM with the lady with the blonde hair on the reception. She is too unprofessional and she don’t know how to talk to someone very rude. I’m not going to come here again. Please go to another medical care. Don’t come here and save your time.
