Alix Charles DPM PA

I had an amazing experience with Alix Charles. On Friday, December 26th, the day after Christmas, the office was officially closed. I came in with a fractured toe, and even though they were closed, he opened his office just to take care of me. That level of care and dedication is truly rare and means so much. I’m extremely grateful. The customer service was absolutely on point, and even his son did a great job helping out. This is hands down the best place — I highly recommend it to anyone!

Vert friendly team/office . Dr Charles is an excellent and very professional podiatrist. I have a lot of problems with my feet and always get great relief from regular treatments from him. He answers all my questions and concerns whenever I have them. The staff makes it easy to get appointments without a long wait and seldom do I wait more than 15 minutes to be seen by him. I highly recommend their professional services. They have delicious coffee too!

I visited Dr. Alix Charles for my son, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We had a great experience, and I would definitely recommend him to others.

Great communication and service seems to be the name of the game here. Dr. Charles is attentive and thorough. Friendly accommodating staff makes this experience a great one...and the coffee is a wonderfully aromatic blend of flavorful splendor! If there were a way to rate more stars for this practice, I would.

The doctor was great, very honest and helped me resolve my foot issue. His team was great with giving me recommendations for insoles, sandals, and shoes to help my feet.
