Injuries are a fact of life! Recovering from an injury is a team sport. Thinking about all of the ebbs and flows, peaks and valleys of the recovery process, it takes more than knowledge to guide a patient back to optimal health. Working with Tim and team at Aliso Viejo Physical Therapy, he embodied the ability to command harder effort when we needed to push through an exercise balancing that with caution on other days and exercises when I wanted to take a twelve month recovery and make it happen in twelve days. I highly recommend the entire team at Aliso Viejo Physical Therapy for their friendliness, knowledge, attention to the patient as well as creative ways to challenge the body toward a full recovery.

I have been an on and off patient of AVPT for the last 4 years due to an accident that broke my pelvis. I have had multiple surgeries and each time, I went through months of physical therapy. Tim and all of his collegues are skilled and knowledgeable. But what makes them really stand out is the warmth and care that they radiate. From the moment you enter AVPT, you are greeted by a smile by Rachel and Catherine. I also regularly go to Jen's class in the pilates studio (Pilates Shoppe) that is embedded in the office. She works closely with the therapist in order to properly suggest modifications during rehabilitation. I know that without the help of Jen and Tim, I would not be walking today. I am incredibly thankful.

Every member of the Aliso Viejo Physical Therapy staff are kind, courteous and knowledgeable. My physical therapist Yvonne not only understood how to treat my injury but also took the time to explain to me her treatment plan. I was always supported by the other PTs and aides whenever I had a question. Once my injury healed, I felt like I had the tools to continue strength training and how to prevent another injury. I highly recommend using AVPT should you ever need physical therapy.

The team at Aliso Viejo Physical Therapy is excellent. I have gone here for various ailments over the years and always receive wonderful care. It's easy to schedule appointments. I would and have recommended to friends and family! They Pilates classes are also top-notch and reasonably priced!

I can’t say enough good things about Tim and his team at AVPT. Tim has rehabbed me from multiple surgeries over the years and has done an amazing job in getting me to a place where my life can return to normal. Professional, talented, kind and compassionate are how best to describe this team.
