I had hip surgery a week before physical therapy and went to physical therapy for 10 weeks, yes I was better but not improving and started worrying about getting my active life back. I switched over to Kristen and after her thorough exam of what still needed strengthening, after three weeks I am ready to begin my life on the other side of hip surgery!! Have two big trips coming up and am excited to feel strong again!

I came to Kristen with scheduled neck surgery. I had a herniated disc that was pinching a nerve and never in my life had experienced pain like this. I couldn’t lay down, I was on a lot of medication for the pain and I had constant pain shooting down my arm. Kristen worked her magic on me and in 8 weeks I was completely better. I had tried several people before her with zero hope. Everyone told me I would have to do the surgery. Not only did I cancel my surgery because of her, I feel completely healed. I can’t recommend Kristen enough, also her massages are AMAZING!

I am an extremely active person and she recognized how important it was for me to get back to movement. Kristen customizes treatment plans which so many PT places don’t seem to do anymore.
