Alexian Brothers Women and Children's Hospital Pediatrics

Excellent care was provided by the nurses, doctors, surgeons, receptionists, and all other staff members during our four-year-old son's hospital stay of over a week following his surgery. They treated our son with exceptional care, addressing not only his health concerns but also providing motivation and emotional support to aid in his recovery. Furthermore, they presented him with numerous toy gifts to help alleviate any emotional distress.

Very Rude Desk person ‘(Tory)’ Wed Dec 27 8:00pm. Made multiple families uncomfortable with her yelling another Asian family and I decided to stand up for others to what otherwise should’ve been a happy moment I feel uncomfortable having my sister here. She mentioned the process being very dismissive including not allowing to give birth on her side or other positions I have a meeting with them, they promised me contact within 48 hours after “(Tory)” felt threatened, after I called her out for being rude to everyone They refused to give the nurses name to the other family, which I believe in other hospital systems is against their policies This is what happens when labor and maternity jobs are acquired through ‘ networking ‘ a system inherently racist. This hospital has the worst administrative service! They assign you an appointment, give you a location, and you can never find the place—no one knows where you’re supposed to go! They send you from one place to another, wasting your time. Overall, the negligence of the administrative staff is terrible! I have no intention of coming back here!

Very clean and professional. We are very glad with everyone here. We got 2 child here. Thank you all of you. GOD bless!
