Banfield Pet Hospital

We needed a new vet for our dog. So we decided to try this place and I'm glad we did. The prices are given upon request and fair. Other vet offices we visited always try to sell us more than we actually needed. But this place is really friendly. They understand that families are on a budget, and they allow you to choose the treatment and services you want to pay for.. it was really busy when I visitedl and I had to allow my pet to be examined without me which was okay because it was a routine wellness visit. I was just very appreciative They were able to get me in for a last minute appointment on the same day we called. Great vet hospital

God, I’m so sorry I called and asked questions about the wellness plan, and bothered the receptionist, as she was far too busy to answer any of my questions and was extremely dismissive, talked over me the entire two minutes I was on the phone. Acted like I couldn’t read what was online, and have her being in business my entire life I would never have imagined anybody would be that rude and dismissive! I realize she was more than likely busy with customers as they had just opened at 8 AM, but I’m not certain. I’m certain there must’ve been an entire waiting room of people there or she could’ve asked me to wait just a moment while she checked in a Customer or 10 and she would get back to me momentarily! Dr Rosanova at the hoffman estates location off roselle/golf has been my vet for about two years now. She has performed major tooth surgery to extract all the teeth of my one cat who recovered without any major complications. She has helped me with dieting needs for my obese, food motivated cat. she is now overseeing the well-being of my new addition to the family. Dr. Rosanova communicates in a way that helps me better understand what my cats need. She is reassuring and she takes her time. I absolutely love this doctor and trust no one else to take care of my animals.

We take our 3 dogs to Banfield Hoffman for regular visits and testing. Dr. Rosanova and her team are great. We’ve had 2 urgent visits and they have been super great at taking care of our dogs. Keep up the great work and thanks for always giving Diablo, Dabria and Lilith lots a love when they visit.
