Amar Pharmacy HE

I have been a patient of them for almost 6 months now. I never had a problem with them until today. I ordered my medicine as always but this time they chose to send it with the worst irresponsible delivery company that ever existed. They didn't deliver my medicine today. They didn't call me back, nothing. The pharmacy wanted that I speak directly with the delivery company, which I don't have to do because I didn't contract with them. All was a mess. And the manager even was defending them! I'm so disappointed about this situation. I think they did it on purpose for my accent and for me being a Latino.

I've been using them for a few months and they have been fantastic so far! Not a single issue to report. Fast delivery and good customer service! I order ahead of time, so haven't needed in a rush, but they deliver in 1-2 days!

Efficient and well-supplied. Their customer service is incredible and they're able to do things on short notice. They always communicate quickly and clearly, as opposed to Walgreens, which tends to be slower and trickier to contact. My doctor highly recommended this pharmacy.They're worth the hour drive.

I have had a difficult time with one of my mediations. Amar Pharmacy has one of the most gentle and supportive staff. They quickly explained the medication. Their customer skills are top notch!

This is seriously the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. The amount of times they have messed up my address, payment, or simply did not click the button to send me my medication is inexcusable. Seriously had to call two weeks after my initial call to remind them to send me my meds. It’s obvious that they are very disorganized behind the scenes and either don’t have enough people to handle the workload or just hire people who don’t know how to do the job/weren’t trained to do the job. One nice thing I will say is that the customer service people are very very nice. It shouldn’t take a second phone call to square away my prescription, but on the second call things tend to get better.
