Fantastic office and staff! Alex was great and very helpful, she answered all of my questions and even checked out spots that I hadn’t put down as a concern before my visit. The second time I had a visit, I had my kids with me and they were all kind and understanding about it and even interacted with them. Love this office and would definitely recommend! Love Dr Alexandria, she's been taking care of my husband and I for over a year. She explains what she is doing and makes you feel at ease. The office staff is pleasant as well.

I will never go back to her. She was rude and insulting, scolded me as if I were a child, saying I wasn't taking it seriously with using the cream she gave me. She threatened me and said if I didn't then she'd have to do some math to figure out the correct dose for a costly prescription pill.She said it was fungus on the back of my head. I went to another dermatologist who with ease figured out the dosage for that high dollar medication that they found to be affordable thru Kroger. They also did a biopsy to rule out skin cancer. It came back positive. Having MOHS surgery. I'm a 63 year old woman. I didn't deserve to be treated so poorly by Alexandra Brooks! And to be misdiagnosed, too!

This group practice uses a central answering service and it's impossible to call the individual office locations. It's so frustrating! They failed to call in a prescription on Friday and had to wait until Monday afternoon to get it filled. Suffered with pain all weekend because there was no one on call who could help me.

Prescribed EXTREMELY expensive meds (without warning) that my husband has had a bad reaction to. Called the office discuss other options but can't get response.
