I have been going here for more than 20 years. For some crazy reason I tried switching to CVS, but that was a bad idea. This is the most friendly and caring staff you will ever find. The pharmacy staff is truly amazing and almost like family. I would never switch again. Even after I moved 25 miles away I still get my medication from here. George’s family is the best!

I was 4 days postpartum in desperation for a pharmacy to compound my all purpose nipple cream to heal me only to be insulted and turned away because it would have been “too expensive” for the pharmacist to make the cream for me. How dare he decide how much I’m willing to spend for my own health. He also told me to go to CVS, which we ALL KNOW does not compound anything besides oral suspensions. This was the first and last time I set foot in this pharmacy. I wish my experience was better because I want to support independent pharmacies. New mamas out there, don’t waste your time here. It’s run by men who do not care about their patients. Instead, go to Letourneau’s pharmacy in Andover. My experience was 1000x better and the wonderful pharmacist there got my prescription ready in 10 minutes

My daughter recommended Alexander’s to me, and I’m so grateful that she did. I have nothing but praise for the pharmacists, staff and service. I have always been treated with respect. All my questions are answered politely. When I call in a refill, it is always ready when I arrive to pick it up. If you are ready to change pharmacies, please consider Alexander’s. You won’t be disappointed!

I used Alexander's years ago when I lived in the Lowell area. I recently returned to Alexander's pharmacy which I travel quite a ways to do so. It's worth it to be treated with courtesy and respect. There is no comparison to the bigger chain pharmacies. I'll take being treated with kindness and respect anyday over the way I was treated elsewhere.
