WOW this place is amazing. Their staff from management to house keeping is wonderful. My nurses and CNA's are very helpful from managing my pain to just daily things. They even help passing out trays, so does management. So many wonderful things to say. PT and OT staff really helped me out, worked hard with me so I could go home. I thank them so much. My dad was there a week hes passed out and hit the ceramic floor 3 out of 4 times . After the 1st or 2 nd time wouldnt you think they would do something…? After all tht … 2 trips to the ER… hes layiing in a room with another patient now with a rubber pillow no pillow case. 2 very deep cuts open when he a very low immune system as it is. No water. I was told after the first fall the night nurse knew nothing about her falling… and walked away rudely.

Father got sent here to regain muscle strength after going to hospital for dehydration. A month later he was in kidney failure due to malnutrition. He was put on hospice & died a week after. Entered the facility with perfect labs and left with a death sentence.

My mom went there for rehab after being released from the hospital, they knew she was a fall risk and was placed in a room across from the nurses station. She pushed her call button several times she needed to go to the bathroom after then not answering she tried to make it herself and fell at this point she was rated at 70% for rehab. she Laid there on the floor for 45 minutes, the nurse that found her appologized saying they were in the middle of a shift change. Mom has a big knot on her head, they made her stay awake for a while but should have been sent to the ER for a cat scan, her head, eye, arm and neck is black and blue. Two days later they said her insurance ran out and we had until 7pm to take her home or pay out of pocket approximately 1,400.00 a day while we tried to g

My mom was a patient a couple of times these past two months. The staff was friendly, dedicated and hard working. This is not a profession for everyone. Did she have to wait a few times for help getting to the rest room... yes. But that was only because they were busy helping other patients. As soon as they could they were in the room to answer the call. As far as the facility... the room was very clean with a couple of large windows. Only minor complaint was the furniture. It needs to be replaced with something that would be hardier. The PT and OT were both professional. The guys in the dialysis wing were very good! The dinner options were good and the treat cart lady was a hoot! She goes around with a cart selling treats to the residents who just need a little something for the afternoo
