The two managers are super helpful, bend over backwards to alleviate a patient's problems. Unlike Rite Aid and Vons they don't make mistakes (such as giving wrong medication, wrong dose, wrong name, wrong date) or make up excuses for not having medication in stock. They DO explain how to navigate insurance and offer suggestions on how to save money, explain how medications work - and offer empathy and concern. I have a powerful advocate in the Albertsons pharmacy staff.
This place is notoriously disorganized and falsely advertised discounts for Cornish hen and the cashier called me a lier and even after I showed her where I got the picture of a discount add she didn't even have the decency to apologize...I could name the cashier for being so rude but hopefully she learned a lesson....the Vons in Tujunga is much better!
Waaaaaay better than any CVS, that’s for sure.
