Albertsons Pharmacy

The older woman that does shopping for shop and go is the most rude horrible person. Her customer service is horrendous. If you ask her a question she pretty much tells you to leave her alone. She’s run into me twice with her cart. She doesn’t say excuse me, they clearly need some Customer Service training in that store!

Fantastic pharmacists-Corey and Olga!! The rest of the staff is also great. Wait times are usually short(depending on the time of day). Questions are answered in a helpful and knowledgeable manner. And if a lower price is available elsewhere, they advise where to get that price. Glad to use and have as our pharmacy!!

(1) mind your business if you’re not the person at the register assisting the customer, (2) honor your clients’ privacy, and (3) clean your work area. That little machine they force you to sign looks disgusting. Absolutely horrible experience and I’ll never come back. I will 100% pay more for a more considerate experience. That was despicable.

DENNIS THE PHARMACIST IS LAZY AND HAS NO IDEA HOW TO DO HIS JOB. LOOSING PERCRIPTIONS ACCUSING PEOPLE OF BEING DRUG ADDICTS AND WORSE OF ALL HE TREATS EVERYONE LIKE HE IS BETTER THEN THEM. I SAW HIM MAKE A 80 YEAR OLD WOMEN CRY WORST SERVICE EVEN WORSE HUMANBEING.

They are usually good but don't even answer their phone now.
