My was appointment was at 1. They told me to come 15 minutes earlier to fill out paperwork since I was a new patient. I get there doors was locked. They were out to lunch. Said on door you can ring for someone to come to the door. But nobody came. There was another person ahead of me. Finally someone came out while door was open myself and the other person went it. They are a little slow but I think they are short staff too. Dr & his nurse was very nice. Up front lady was very nice and helpful. The lady that checks you out short dark headed wasn't so friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. While in the waiting room one lady talked on her cellphone the whole time. Laughing all out loud and had it on speaker phone so you can hear the other person talking too. Nobody said anything to her. I thou

Dr Morgan and his staff are very professional and experienced. I had a blood clot and an aneurysm, which required two(2) procedures. Both were addressed with speed and care. I can't say enough about my experience with this facility.

Dr. Morgan is completely careless. He amputated my toe due to a bone infection and never sent it off for culture, never did follow ups to monitor any potential lingering of the infection. He “got it all”. Well, now I need 4 more amputations, including the toe that he took part of when he “got it all”. I will have 5 whole toes despite “getting it all” with just 1 amputation. On top of that, he has no respect for your time. Over and over again, I would sit there for an hour plus for him to walk in, take a look and say what amounts to essentially nothing over the course of 30 seconds. The nurses are fantastic and the two techs that run the hyperbaric chamber are also great. But, I wouldn’t trust Dr. Morgan with a common cold.

This is my first visit, and I pray that my condition changes soon, so I won't have to come very often. My appointment was at 10AM, and I arrived early to fill out the paperwork. I wasn't called to the back until 11:10 while other patients before and after me were seen. The doctor may have stayed in here 10 minutes. He told me someone else would do theast step, and it is now 12:10 pm a day I am still sitting here. Though the staff was friendly, the WAIT TIME IS HORRIBLE. My time is valuable as well. My ride had to leave, and now I have to pay an Uber to get home.
