Dr Willis is exceptional. Explained everything to me. Took time to answer all my questions. All of the office staff were very courteous. I highly recommend this medical office.

The front office staff was friendly and nice but that's were the good stops. The nurse in the back was rude, kept giving me a look of disgust, for no reason. The dr touch my foot for 2 mins and then told me the bone want broken even after i showed him the break in the xray. He wouldn't listen and did nothing to help me. Will 100 % be looking for a different dr!

I shopped around for a Podiatrist I thought I'd been the most comfortable with. No set criteria, I didn't even know exactly what/who I was searching for, but when I came across Dr. Willis something stopped me and I read her history/Bio and immediately made my decision. Boy lemmie tell ya something, dang I'm good! And so Is She and a staff to match. Saying she and the staff up there are good, is an understatement of mammoth proportion. Every single time I go in there. It feels like family reunion. I read other people's reviews before I decided to make an appointment here as a new patient. I called on a Friday and Janice answered and asked to put me on hold. She seemed really busy because I could here the phone ringing in the background, but she seemed nice. She was able to book me an appointment on the following Monday which I was pleasantly surprised that is was so soon. When I arrived an unknown lady (No name tag) come to find out her name was Patricia. She is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars. She was not very friendly and very mechanical as the fist person that a patient meets. She handed me my paperwork to fill out, as soon as I finished I was called back.
