Alameda Landing Dentistry

I’m a new patient and have been there twice in the past few weeks, and the service has been amazing! Everyone—from the front desk/reception, dentist, x-ray technician and hygienist—has been so nice and so helpful. I’ve had minimal wait times, all of my questions answered, easy parking, and the office itself is modern and new. You really get the sense that everyone enjoys their job and working with each other, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend. Coming from Bright Now Dental (ugh), this place is a breath of fresh air.

Been going to this dentist for almost 5 years and it has been great. Everyone is super welcoming and attentive. They always let me know everything up front, so no surprise charges or anything. I love Malalai! I look forward to seeing her at my appointment. She’s always cheerful and friendly and always makes sure I’m comfortable. Dr. Jae has been a great dentist, always effective and clearly explains anything I ask or is happening. I will continue to come here. :)

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr shin seemed very smart and open to discussion. My favorite part was Camellia, my hygienist. She gave me gel before the cleaning cause my teeth can be sensitive. But the best part was that she was funny, friendly and fast! (Although tricky to laugh during cleaning!) Thank you, camellia! Hope you’re always my hygienist.

This is an honest place. The "cavity" they saw at Western Dental magically disappeared here, I feel I can trust their judgment. They don't let insurance charge you for stupid things. I saw Dr. Shin, was satisfied, maybe my teeth weren't quite as clean after the cleaning as at other places but it could be my increased coffee consumption

The staff are friendly but are 100% there to make money off of you. I came in for a chipped front tooth. Sat down to get x-rays (fine) and the dentist came in and didn't even look in my mouth but showed me the x-rays and said we had to put a crown on my front tooth. No other options. This was the only way to fix it. I have insurance. It was still $1k out of pocket. Oh but I could apply through care credit or through their parent company's financing department. I went to my childhood dentist in Pleasanton after finding out that the same services with them would cost at least $200 less and they could get my insurance to pay more. They looked in my mouth first, said that a crown would just make the tooth weaker, that what would work now would be seeing if a filling covering the chipped edge o
