Alameda Centre Physicians

Dr. Is very good at his craft, understanding, show genuine concern for my well being, has a specialty with immunology and allergy issues. Straighter shooter and is open to suggestions regarding treatment methods practices that may be newly recognized. Not open on weekends, support staff and assistants are great too, very helpful

Called over 12 times, left voicemails, and emailed. Never got a response or pick up. Went in for urgent care once and they told me I had to make an apt. Couldn’t make an apt because I couldn’t get a hold of them.

Dr Kong is okay. His office staff are eh!; told me would ask doctor about my question and "get-back" to me...but, never did!! do some work office -folks; serve/ treat your patients right!!!

Review is about them being listed as an urgent care facility. NOT AN URGENT CARE FACILITY! They only do weekends or after-hours by prearranged appointments if you are an existing patient of one of the doctors there.

This is my primary care physician. I have had excellent car from Dr. James Kong.
