The staff and medical care team are so kind, patient, and detail oriented. My autistic kiddo used to get so nervous at the doctor and now he asks to see Dr. Shah all the time and does so well with the whole team. They really take the time to make him feel comfortable and to get to know my child. I highly recommend this practice if you have a neurodivergent child!

So I’m new here from South Carolina and I have a newborn baby and was looking for a good pediatrician to take my child to and my sister in law recommended this place… well I called and asked for an appointment, but they wouldn’t take her because our insurance cause it was from another state so I asked if I could pay out of pocket and they still wouldn’t take her but said they would call me back and never did so. This is the worse thing I have ever experienced in my life!! And I hope to find some place better

I have three children under three years old and I can honestly say that you guys have been an amazing resource to my family! Each of my children have had health issues at different times and you guys have gone above and beyond to make sure we understand what’s going on and provide anything that we need. I also love how you make time for us if we need an emergency appointment.

I’ve given this office multiple chances, but the quality of care and communication has been unacceptable. My daughter was misdiagnosed when she actually needed appendix surgery, which is a very serious mistake for a pediatric practice. On top of that, there are always surprise charges that I only find out about once I’m at the office. For the last several visits, my children have only been seen by a nurse practitioner instead of a doctor, which is not what I expect when scheduling a pediatric appointment. Most recently, my oldest daughter had an appointment at 10:30 AM, and prescriptions were supposed to be sent right after. It is now 3:30 PM, and despite multiple attempts, I still cannot get in touch with anyone or get the prescriptions for my sick child. As a parent, I need to feel con

First time mom. Dr. Shah always sits down and spends as much time as needed to answer all my questions. I never feel rushed. Her nurse/medical assistant, Kalia, was REALLY helpful the other day when I was dealing with a hungry and upset baby, helping set up for feeding in their private room.
