Tried to schedule an appointment over the phone for a wellness check on a newborn, they denied care, (not to the fact that they were not accepting new patients but they wanted us to go to the ER first) Then after we said we will find someone else with no information about us as a family they reported us to DSS and had us investigated by a CPS worker. The only thing they could report would be an assumption of “neglect” which if there was neglect why would we try to schedule a wellness check with a pediatrician anywhere. They were no other grounds for reporting our family. So if you care for your family as much as I do don’t take your children to a place that for one won’t see you and two won’t care for your children as much as you do because they should care more and obviously they don’t

Great Staff!!! They make you feel at home and know how to take great care of your little ones!!
