My mother receives excellent care at this nursing health and rehabilitation center. The staff were very professional, friendly, and supportive throughout our visit. They treated her with kindness and respect, which meant a lot to our family. The facility was also very clean. We are very grateful for the care she receives and would highly recommend this center to others.

I am deeply unhappy with the care my elder brother received at this health rehab center. Instead of improving, his health has noticeably declined since being under their supervision, which is extremely alarming for a place that claims to prioritize patient well-being. Communication has been poor and dismissive. Our family’s concerns were not taken seriously, and when we raised questions about his condition and treatment, we were met with vague answers or no answers at all. It felt like we constantly had to push just to get basic information. What’s most upsetting is the lack of compassion and professionalism. ​My experience at the Ahoskie Health and Rehab Facility was exceptionally positive and truly extraordinary. ​The staff and team members were not only welcoming and well-mannered but, most importantly, they demonstrated great professionalism in the care and well-being of every resident. ​The facility itself is well-organized, spotlessly clean, and operates with remarkable unity. It is based on these criteria, though not limited to them, that I would proudly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a place capable of providing a "home away from home" experience for their loved ones.

Something really red to be done with physical theraphy people are staying in for weeks with no theraphy there has to be a better way. My patient has to be cleaned of fecies only because there is no theraphy to help her return to walking and so much more, she.is totally disgusted. We the family never get to talk to the Dr. He comes at night so he dosen’t have to communicate with the families we need more communication the clients need to get up everyday they are looking forward to going home they live normal lives also. Please help.

Very welcoming atmosphere when entering. All staff made eye contact and spoke professionally . Great place to attend to your love ones need.
