Hall Terry C DMD

I’ve been with Dr. Terry Hall ever since I was about 23 and now I’m 73. He is a great dentist and I like going to him!

My first time going to a dentist , I was kind of nervous. But the staff was so nice and made me feel welcome. Dr.Terry Hall he is so amazing and a nice man he did great ? I found my dentist.......

It was my first time visiting Dr. Terry Hall on 8/10/2020 and it was a awesome experience. His staff and him did a wonderful job making sure I was very comfortable doing the extraction of my tooth. I made the comment to them before I left, I believe that I found my new dentist. His secretary made me feel so welcome during my office visit. Yes, I would prefer a Dr. Terry Hall to anyone that is looking for a great Dentist.💯

Terrible service. Need new staff. They are rude and try to con people. My family members and myself can come on time for our appointments and do not be seen until 2hours after, if we are lucky. Sometimes the lady in the front will change an appointment time and try to make it seem like we came early when we keep our voicemails of the date and time they provided. I would recommend people to find another dentist before this one because that is actually medicaid fraud they are doing and need to be reported (they will bill you even if you cancel from waiting hours just to be seen and if you have to reschedule)

Horrible!!! The lady at the front was extremely rude! She interrupted a conversation I was having in the waiting room with another patient, she told me what medication the man was on, therefore violating his hippa rights, there was also another woman up front who was bossing my special needs son around, I had to tell her let me handle my own child. Very very long wait time, the office had 2 other patients and it was still well over an hour, the office was dirty, rust on the vents and bottom of the chair, chair had holes in it and the arm was held on by a hair tye. Very very rude staff, dentist was nice but he really needs to find new staff! I was also told they treat children but then when I got there, they referred me to another dentist almost 2 hours away from me! Will never go back and
